On March 26, 2026, DSM Trial Attorney, Joseph Miller, participated in the Federal Bar Association’s [“FBA”] Capitol Hill Day in Washington, D.C. Joe serves on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans FBA and the national FBA Government Relations Committee.

Davis, Saunders & Miller congratulates our trial attorney, Joseph Miller, on being elected the 2024 President of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys. Joseph has served on the executive committee since 2016 and now proudly serves as the President of the entire organization.

At the annual May 2023 convention for the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, our partner, Joseph Miller, was elected and elevated to the position of Vice President of the organization. Joe looks forward to continuing his leadership role in the organization to promote and advocate for railroad safety and railroad workers’ rights. Congratulations, Joe!
