Although many of the U.S. Federal Courts and administrative departments are shut down for in person proceedings, last week, Davis, Saunders & Miller Law Firm held its first virtual trial with the U.S. Department of Labor on a very important railroad whistleblower protection case. A word of thanks to the U.S. Department of Labor in Covington, Louisiana and the court staff for hosting this trial on Microsoft Teams. Everything worked out great. We are so grateful to move our clients’ cases forward during this difficult time.
